Graphic Designer Contract Pricing

1- Client Submits Sized Artwork
2- EightyTwo Checks Art Files
3-  EightyTwo Prepares Quote
4-  Client Pays For Art Set Up / Corrections (if needed)
4-  Client Finalizes / Approves Order
5-  Client Pays For Order In Full
6-  Order Is Sent To Production
7-  Order Is Printed & Shipped

-Turnaround starts once final artwork approval & payment is made
-Order payment/approval must be submitted by 3pm. All orders submitted after 3pm will be processed the following business day.
-Orders submitted Friday afternoon will be processed the following business day unless a weekend rush order is needed.
-Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested
-Notify EightyTwo of all contact updates/changes.
-Art corrections (if needed) will delay your order
-Submitted art must be the size you want printed.
-Minimum resolution 150-300 DPI
-Submit CMYK files ONLY
-We accept PSD, AI, JPG, PDF and Corel Draw files
-We do not to color matching
-Turn around is based off of FULL PAYMENT and CORRECT artwork submission
-You will not be eligible for contract pricing if you require phone and graphic design support.  You will be considered a retail client and charged normal setup fees.
-Once you are set up within our contract printing program all contact must be made via E-Mail.  The reason for this is to save the EightyTwo Creations production team time.  If you require continuous phone support will will be considered a retail client.
